Great service provided by Positive Nutrition. Sorcha is my Nutritionist and she has helped me seal with a little known but common digestive condition that is now under control after 20 years of suffering! She also helped me align the foods I eat to what my body needs. This was theough a personalised eating plan (with an understanding of WHY youre eating these foods) and a personalised supplement protocol, taking care of body now and for the future AND being conscious of cost. I know GPs have their place, but Sorcha has helped me deal with issues I'd had for years, that doctors failed to help me treat. Love that the practitioners spends a set time with the clients, and its a chat about you and then the plan is explained, no 5 min apt here. And all online so it's easy to fit into the day.
