Joanne was 58 years of age and finding her weight difficult to manage post-menopause. She was suffering from fatigue and had difficulty sleeping. Along with supplements to support post-menopause health and energy, she began to change her diet and lifestyle to support healthy ageing.

Over the following months, she lost 3 inches from her waist, and 5kg in weight. She felt more energised and was sleeping better. She had been told by her doctor that her sugar levels were borderline high and she knew she had high cholesterol in her family. Her levels improved to normal range which was very reassuring and helped her to maintain her progress.

Key findings (excerpt from test):

  • Fasting blood sugars and HbA1c were slightly elevated, in pre-diabetic range to begin with. These reduced to normal range.
  • Slightly elevated cholesterol with low ‘good cholesterol’ and higher ‘bad cholesterol’. All levels improved.
