Learn how to cook healthy meals in the comfort of your own home

Positive Nutrition can bring healthy eating to your home – literally! We also run private classes, where you choose what you want to learn to cook, and we show you how – in your own kitchen.

So whether you just want to get to grips with the basics of healthy cookery, need some new ideas for fast, healthy dinners or have specific dietary requirements such as newly diagnosed diabetes, coeliac disease or food allergies, we can design a one-off lesson or series of lessons to meet your requirements.

Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to share the cost of cookery classes and chose what they want to cook.

These classes can also include shopping trips to learn where to shop and how to read labels.
