New cooking classes from Positive Nutrition
In the first of a series of classes running in the cookery school at Donnybrook Fair, Positive Nutrition is offering a cooking demo on Low GI Cooking Made Easy on Thursday 7th February, from 7pm – 9:30pm. Tickets cost €60 and can be booked directly from Donnybrook Fair.
Low Glycaemix Index (GI) foods are recommended for diabetics, people trying to lose weight and anyone wanting to make healthy changes to their diet. Nutritionists Heather Lesson and Sally Milne from Positive Nutrition will show you how to prepare delicious, quick Low GI meals and snacks to improve your health and your waistline. They will also share their top tips for a healthy eating lifestyle.
Learn how to cook healthy meals in the comfort of your own home
Positive Nutrition can bring healthy eating to your home – literally! We also run private classes, where you choose what you want to learn to cook, and we show you how – in your own kitchen.
So whether you just want to get to grips with the basics of healthy cookery, need some new ideas for fast, healthy dinners or have specific dietary requirements such as newly diagnosed diabetes, coeliac disease or food allergies, we can design a one-off lesson or series of lessons to meet your requirements.
Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to share the cost of cookery classes and chose what they want to cook.
These classes can also include shopping trips to learn where to shop and how to read labels.
Vouchers are available for our private cookery classes. For more information email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01 402 0777
